Payroll

Our payroll services can take two forms: Live payroll or After-the-fact payroll.

Live payroll is a full-service payroll process in which we receive time data from you and prepare checks or direct deposits, remit your payroll taxes, and handle payroll tax reporting each quarter, along with year-end reporting and W-2s.
After-the-fact payroll is a quarterly service where you prepare your own payroll and we assist by consulting on payroll and payroll tax matters, preparing quarterly payroll reports, and preparing year-end reporting and W-2s.

Last Details

Our initial setup costs are generally billed at an amount to recover some of our cost. We absorb most of this cost in appreciation of new business relationships with our clients. We will be better able to determine if there is a potential cost to setup services through discussion with you.

Chart of accounts review and recommendation are a free service to make sure we get off on the right foot in providing maximum value to you as a client.
